We all came together to make our 2019 Forked Fest staff beer, and knew it had to be sessionable and refreshing. What did our head brewer Diana come up with? A dry-hopped, grisette with lemon peel - a delightful summer beer that is perfect for chilling in the sunshine.
Lighter in body, this saison-style beer also has plenty of other light characteristics. Slightly drying from the dry-hops and lemon peel, the Amarillo/Citra/Comet hops provide plenty of bright notes and the lemon melds well with the mild Belgian-y esters from the warm fermentation.
