Since we make a rhubarb ale and have wonderful friends who grow great strawberries, we are often asked to make a strawberry rhubarb beer. Well, Good News Everyone! This light, sour ale brings together those jammy berry and tart rhubarb flavours in a dry malt backbone. We hand processed Heemans strawberries and used cold-pressed rhubarb juice from Berryhill Farms...a couple of our favourite local farms. The result: deliciousness, and not unlike drinking strawberry rhubarb pie. Straight from the 31st century to your fridge, this brew is the perfect compliment for that cheese platter or charcuterie board. Enjoy it with friends or your closest anti-social robot.
